Students will gain the following General Education Learning Outcomes in each Associate Degree:

Apply mathematical skills quantitatively, logically, creatively, and critically.

Integrate
Apply knowledge, skills, and methodologies from multiple disciplines.

- Identify and evaluate the relationships among different perspectives within a field of study or among different fields of study

Engage
Interact with humans and the environment informed by an understanding of equity.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the historically and socially constructed nature of human differences, with a particular focus on power and privilege

- Apply cross-cultural communication strategies and skills appropriate to a given context
Students must complete program-specific general education degree requirements if not otherwise satisfied.
Students will have met the general education requirements (basic and distribution areas) for an applied baccalaureate degree from a Washington State community or technical college if they have earned a baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by one of the following agencies:
- Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACCJC)
- Higher Learning Commission (HLC)
- Middle States Commission on Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS)
- Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU)
- Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)
- Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE)
- New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE)
- WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC)
