Social Sciences
Focuses on building leadership and inter-personal managerial skills and managing relationships in organizations. Gain practical experience in defining your leadership style, managing teams, resolving conflict, and building professional and effective relationships. Special emphasis will be placed on managing difficult behavioral human situations (whether among employees within the organization or with external stakeholders). Explore the unique leadership challenges facing under-represented populations in business (e.g., women, ethnically diverse people, and veterans). Admission to BASAM program and BASAM Director permission.
