CHEM& 161 - General Chem w/Lab I(5)
For programs requiring strong backgrounds in chemistry. Atomic theory, stoichiometry, reactions in aqueous solution, quantum theory, periodic relationships, chemical bonding, and molecular geometry. Lab included. Prerequisite: place into ENGL& 101, or C or better or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 99; MATH& 141 with a C or better (may be taken concurrently).
