Acid base chemistry, alkanes, stereochemistry, mechanisms, substitution reactions, alkene preparation and reactions, alkyne preparation and reactions. Prerequisite: place into ENGL& 101, or C or better or concurrent enrollment in ENGL 99; CHEM& 163 with a C or better, or concurrent enrollment in CHEM& 163.
