BASAM 301 - Foundations of Applied Management

Introduction and orientation to the student-centered applied learning model of the BASAM program and its applicability to management and leadership. Topics include personal and professional agency, business and contemporary landscapes, and the relationships between managerial effectiveness, bias, equity, and inclusion.
Prerequisite: Admission to BASAM program and BASAM Director permission.
