PE 164 - Pilates and Yoga Fusion Credits: (1) This class incorporates yoga and Pilates moves with an emphasis on strengthening your core. Students will learn how to stretch and strengthen all major muscles using poses from different styles of yoga and Pilates. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.
