Review the general principles of project management and the project selection process. Examine methods for estimating project time and costs. Explore the process of developing a project plan, the key elements of being an effective project manager, and the strategies for managing project teams. Use software tools to develop, track, and evaluate a manufacturing team project.

Prerequisite: BASAMD Department Chair permission.
