Course Description: Discussion and critical analysis of student experiences in their various practicum placements. Topics include legal concepts, professionalism, and aspects of culture and application of front office and clinical skills. Includes a community service project and sitting for the CMA (AAMA) exam.

- Discuss the effect of culture on expectations of medical care.
- Set priorities regarding the medical care of patients.
- Become familiar with the different approaches to medical care as evidenced by the sharing of clinical practicum experiences.
