Course Description: This course is designed to provide organizational management theory, communication and team building skills to strengthen leadership development in the field of natural resource management.

- Identify the strengths and limitations of dominant approaches to organizational management and their implications for communication, leadership and follower-ship.
- Recognize the primary forms of formal and personal social power and their associated means of control.
