EDUC 246 - Working with Bilingual Children

Course Description: Focuses on effectively meeting the learning needs of children whose first language is not English. Student will work or volunteer two hours each week in a classroom with multilingual learners.

Student Learning Outcomes
  1. Prepare curriculum plans for individuals and groups of bilingual learners.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to communicate student progress to other staff and families.
