Course Description: Introduction to ecological sampling methods. Conduct ecological sampling to answer a question relevant to natural resources management including conception, design, and data collection.

  1. Apply the correct sampling technique and design within a biotic system.
  2. Conduct field sampling of stream habitats using the TFW ambient monitoring protocol.
