Course Description: A current topic of ecology will be examined through guest speakers combined with literature research and seminar presentations.
Prerequisite: ENVC 101 or 112 or BIOL& 221 or 241 or CHEM& 161 or 242 or PHYS& 241. Meets FQE Requirement: No Elective Requirements: Fulfills Academic Electives Integrative Experience Requirement: No
Student Learning Outcomes
- Search for applied ecological literature in professional journals.
- Implement the knowledge in local issues and apply that knowledge in an environmental work setting.
