Course Description: The culture, contributions and contemporary issues of Asian, Black, Chicano, and Native Americans, with an emphasis on the historical experience and contributions of American minorities.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Have a better understanding about the history, heritage, and culture of the main ethnic groups in the U.S. The course should also serve to improve communications between racial groups and to encourage all students to know and to come to terms with social injustice and racism and to aid in the reduction of discrimination.
