PE 101 - Conditioning Credits: (1) Course Description: A cardiovascular and muscular endurance/strength class that incorporates a variety of activities which may include weight training, aerobics, kickboxing, basketball, badminton, pickleball, and yoga. This class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.
