PE 105 - Beginning Swimming

  1. Major skills. Front crawl. Elementary back stroke. Side stroke. Breast stroke. Feet first dive. Front dive. 
  2. Minor skills. Face float and glide. Bobbing. Rhythmical breathing. Tuck float. Back float. Flutter kick. Treading water. Inverted frog kick. Changing directions. Frog kick. Scissor kick.
