- Major skills. Front crawl. Elementary back stroke. Side stroke. Breast stroke. Feet first dive. Front dive.
- Minor skills. Face float and glide. Bobbing. Rhythmical breathing. Tuck float. Back float. Flutter kick. Treading water. Inverted frog kick. Changing directions. Frog kick. Scissor kick.
