Course Description: Learn the basic skills for defending yourself from a grab, punch, choke, weapons and ground attack.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Defend themselves against an attackers punch, grab, choke, take down and a variety of weapons.
- Make decisions in regards to situational threats.
- Demonstrate basic punches, kicks and takedowns.
Course Contents
- Give a variety of counter attacks for grabs, chokes, punches, take down and weapons. The students will choose which counter attacks works best for them.
- Teach real life scenarios regarding threats in the workplace, home and society.
- Teach and breakdown basic punches, kicks and takedowns.
