PE 148 - Pilates

Course Description: Pilates is a method of body conditioning that incorporates a system of stretching and strengthening exercises. Students will be expected to participate in a series of Pilates exercises each class session. Students will experience muscle tone, improved posture, and improved flexibility and balance creating a more streamlined shape.
