Course Description: This course addresses the fitness aspect of Hatha yoga. Exercise techniques are presented to help the student improve his/her flexibility and strength. Relaxation and breathing techniques are used to teach stress management.

Student Learning Outcomes
- After completing this course the student will have practical knowledge of hatha yoga and be able to apply its principles as they relate to flexibility and strength exercises and stress management.
