Course Description: This class incorporates yoga and Pilates moves with an emphasis on strengthening your core. Students will learn how to stretch and strengthen all major muscles using poses from different styles of yoga and Pilates. This class is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

- Identify the different types of poses from both Pilates and yoga.
- Identify the strengthening and stretching poses.
- Improve their flexibility, strength, and endurance.
- Have a deeper understanding of how the body works and the different styles of yoga and Pilates.
- Design their own program to use throughout their life.
