Course Description: Examination of the employer/employee relationship. Topics include characteristics of work maturity, diversity, leadership, team work and working styles, organizational structure and decision-making, setting work goals and priorities.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Identify factors that contribute to the employers view of the employees successful human relations skills in the work environment
- Identify and apply common leadership and working styles for today’s diverse work environment
- Identify basic elements of the organizational structure and decision-making process
- Demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities through a practical team research and presentation project
