Course Description: Examination of the employer/employee relationship. Topics include characteristics of work maturity, diversity, leadership, team work and working styles, organizational structure and decision-making, setting work goals and priorities.

  1. Identify factors that contribute to the employers view of the employees successful human relations skills in the work environment
  2. Identify and apply common leadership and working styles for today’s diverse work environment
