Course Description: Provides a framework for understanding and applying the ideas, methods, principles, practices, and knowledge of structured project management in healthcare settings. Learn to apply the knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques for project activities necessary to meet project requirements through software and approaches modeled on the principles of Project Management Institute Global Standards. Emphasis is on project management application in healthcare settings.
Prerequisite: BASM Dept. Chair permission. Meets FQE Requirement: No Integrative Experience Requirement: No
