Course Description: Pickleball is designed for students to receive instruction on the basic strokes, rules, terminology and strategy for the sport of pickleball. Sports performance will be achieved through active singles and doubles play.

- Develop mental and physical health through movement.
Course Contents
- Learn lifetime sport and connect with students of diverse skill levels through team play.
- Practice pickleball etiquette and sportsmanship.
- Understand sport specific terminology, rules, scorekeeping course markings.
- Beginning strategy of singles and doubles.
- Practice and analysis of the four basic strokes: groundstroke, volley, serve and dink.
- Practice footwork and movement patterns.
