Course Description: This mathematics course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of essential mathematical concepts and skills that are crucial for their development as mathematically literate individuals. Through a combination of hands-on activities, problem-solving exercises, and engaging discussions, students will explore various mathematical topics, gain proficiency in mathematical operations, and develop a deep appreciation for the beauty of mathematics.

- Derive the concepts of perimeter and area of basic geometric shapes.
- Explain and derive the formulas for volume of basic geometric solids.

- Graph points on the coordinate plane to solve real-world and mathematical problems.
- Classify two-dimensional figures in the coordinate plane based on their properties.
