Course Description: Learn how to navigate the analytics project lifecycle with essential skills in project management. Traditional and modern project management approaches are introduced, with a focus on Agile methodologies. Gain proficiency in conducting stakeholder interviews, defining comprehensive project requirements, and managing projects with a structured development process.
