Course Description: ESOL Level 3-1 (Low Intermediate ELA) students improve English listening, speaking, reading, and writing and comprehension with a goal to develop college and career readiness skills. Prepares students for transition to ESOL 32.

Prerequisite: Receive a P grade in ESOL 23 or ELA 12 (or placement into ESOL 31 or equivalent).
