Course Description: Examines end-to-end manufacturing supply chains, emphasizing lean, efficient operations. Explore topics such as demand forecasting, procurement production planning, inventory control, and logistics. Focuses on aligning supply chain strategy with production needs, managing risk, and fostering continuous improvement for effective manufacturing operations.

Student Learning Outcomes
