Course Description: Focuses on establishing culturally responsive, nurturing, supportive relationships with all children and adults in early learning settings. Focus on promoting growth & development, and creating a safe and stimulating environment.

Prerequisite: Department chair permission.

  1. Describe how teachers’ lived experiences, identities, and cultural backgrounds shape their biases and interactions with children.
