In the Business area of study, students will develop broad knowledge of business operations as well as gain targeted skills in specific fields. Students can expect to gain valuable transferable skills that can be used in everyday life and a variety of career paths. Career paths in business can lead to employment in the fields of health care, insurance, construction, manufacturing, technology, and numerous others. Business students can work in small or large organizations, start-ups, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, or their own businesses.
