Incorporates policies, procedures and protocols, Director’s Orders RM-9, Tactical Communications, interviewing and interrogation techniques, conflict management, managing abnormal behaviors, description and identification, victim/witness awareness, special needs groups, and use of force principles and guidelines.

Prerequisite: Extensive background and criminal history check/drug analysis and Dept Chair/Committee Approval.
