Program Description
Adult Basic Education (ABE) provides instruction in reading, writing, math, and college and career readiness for students pursuing a HS21+ Diploma, or GED® high school equivalency. ABE also provides On Ramp; College and Workforce Prep Academy (CWPA); and IBEST support classes to prepare students for transition to college certificate or degree programs. Tuition is $25 per quarter. A tuition waiver based on income is available for those who qualify. All new students are required to enroll in an orientation class or arrange for CASAS placement testing and educational advising.
